Risks
$UFG is an experiment. Read these risks before you buy or hold.
Contract risk
The treasury has public unit, invariant, and fork test suites. No external firm audited it before launch. UFG accepted this risk explicitly. The contract is immutable, so a bug found later cannot be fixed. The token lock has the same status.
Chain risk
$UFG lives on Robinhood Chain. Its core contracts are upgradeable by the chain operator. The chain runs a single sequencer. An outage stops trading and redemption until the chain resumes.
Third-party contract risk
The Pons V2 launch stack (curve, hook, fee escrow) and the Uniswap v4 pool are not UFG contracts. A failure there can stop trading or fee inflow. It cannot spend ETH the treasury already holds.
Fee flow risk
The treasury has one income source: creator fees on $UFG's own market. Future income depends on Pons continuing to operate and on trading activity continuing. Fees that have accrued but are not yet swept and claimed are not treasury assets.
ETH price risk
The redemption floor is denominated in ETH, not dollars. If ETH falls, the dollar value of the backing falls with it.
Market price risk
The market price can trade above or below the backing per token. Redemption only guarantees the backing. It does not guarantee your purchase price.
Regulatory risk
Redemption is a permanent burn-for-ETH right against a pooled ETH treasury. A regulator can view this as fund-shaped. Access rules or communications may have to change in response. UFG makes no promise about future products and no promise of returns.
